Commentary to the Mind of Enlightenment

His Holiness teachings will be based on the "Commentary to the Mind of Enlightenment" (Jang.Chup Sem.Drel), a poetic work which belongs to classic teachings of Indian pundits and contains the explanation of the Buddhist Path according to which, in order to reach Enlightenment, it is necessary to obtain the perfection of wisdom by realizing the ultimate nature of oneself and of phenomena (Emptiness) and overcome all selfish concern, by generating the pure motivation of obtaining Enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings (Bodhicitta).

Thanks to his authentic personal experience, His Holiness the Dalai Lama will accurately comment Nagarjuna work and make it accessible to anyone, so that everybody will receive a concrete help to serenely live everyday life.
